Our Members

Voting members are citizen volunteers from across the state who, in addition to their time and talents, pay all of their own expenses.  Individual members are involved in a wide variety of public health, volunteer and community organizations and issues at state and local levels.  North Carolina Association of Public Health (NCPHA), North Carolina Association of Local Health Directors (LHD) and the UNC School of Public Health Alumni Association (SPHAA) continue to have representation in NCCPH.  The State Health Director's Office and several other professional organizations are also represented.  Public health staff can join and participate fully except in formal voting.  The organization meets quarterly, generally in the central part of the state.
